Mehmet: Hello, and welcome back to a opposite of the CTO Show with Mead today. I'm very pleased. Joining me here from Dubai Vikas Panchal. He's the GM for Tally Solutions here in the Middle East region. Vikas, thank you very much for being here with me [00:01:00] today. The way I love to do it is I keep it to my guest to introduce themself.
Mehmet: Give us a little bit more like, uh. A brief about you, about tally, and then we can start the conversation from there. So the floor is yours.
Vikas: Yeah. Thanks member. Thanks for having us. And finally, uh, we'll be able to catch up and, uh, let me introduce myself. My name is Vikas. I work as the general manager for Tally Solutions and Tally has been into the business of providing, uh, a complete business management solution for, uh, small and medium enterprise for around four decades now.
Vikas: And, uh, in, uh, the headquarter based of India and we have our Middle East operations from, uh, Dubai, uh, around 2.5 million customers are, uh, we've been able to service them all across the world in Uua. We have got 65,000 businesses who we are able to, uh, provide our services and have the opportunity to service them.
Vikas: I've been in, uh, with Tally for almost two decades myself now, and, uh, in UAE from almost, uh, 15 years. And I take [00:02:00] up the entire military, uh, business operations here. So that's about me.
Mehmet: Great. And thank you again, uh, Vic, for being here with me today. Uh, I think we're gonna talk about a topic which is close to my heart.
Mehmet: You know, I always say small, medium enterprises are, you know, the. Part of any economy and there's no difference. When we talk about also the UAE. Now what I want to start with you, and this is also from what you're seeing in the market and how things are going. Um, so when we talk about smarter solutions, when we start to talk about automation, people think, oh, wow.
Mehmet: Like this is for the big guys. It's not for me. So, uh. Just let us discuss and explain to the audience like how automation tools evolve to better serve small, medium enterprises, especially in financial management.
Vikas: I think, uh, the, the, the topic is also very close to [00:03:00] my heart because, you know, I've been, uh, almost kind spend more than half of my career in, uh, working with the SMEs.
Vikas: As you very rightly pointed out for any economy, specifically, for even for UA, uh, SMEs contribute to almost 60 to 70% of the entire economy, right? And, uh, not only in terms of the commercials, but in terms of the, uh. The job opportunities and, uh, the keeping the entire economy running. So, uh, they can, they, uh, the name stay small and medium enterprise, but they are the actual, uh, the nerves of the entire economy.
Vikas: Now, when you, when you say the word automation and, uh, no, uh. As you, as you rightly pointed out there, digital transformation automation are the, are the words where, you know, slight sometimes the, the, the very, very small, uh, businesses get slightly skeptical about, you know, what is automation all about. But to put in simple layman, uh, language today, we are finding that even if you, if you have a small laptop or a small computer, and if you have a, if you have [00:04:00] a.
Vikas: Solution or a software which can help you to slightly automate your repetitive task. You know, that's all automation about, all about, uh, with SMEs. And, uh, and we are blessed that in this part of the world that it automation has, uh, picked up very, very nicely with the support coming from all across. You know, the.
Vikas: The entire, uh, industry supporting the governments, really focusing on, you know, supporting the SMEs. And, uh, the cost benefit of the cost is, uh, absolutely a bare minimal for a, for a individual or for a, a startup or a small medium enterprise to just have some, uh, systems in place, have a software, have some, uh, printers and which will can, which can help them, their, uh, business go right very faster.
Vikas: So, uh, things are picking up SMEs also understanding the business. Or the, the requirement for them to really automate the business, although the, the scope is definitely there. Uh, we still have a lot of, uh, businesses who are not completely automated, who have just started their journey towards automation and, [00:05:00] uh, but we are seeing a great progress happening here.
Mehmet: Absolutely. Now, if I want, you know, also for people who might be listening to us and they might not be aware because, so from your experience, and you've been doing this for a long time. When we go, if, let's say we decide, you and me now to go, I don't know, one of the streets of, uh, Dubai, you know, uh, area where a lot of these SMEs are there, maybe on Xi Road, or maybe we go to Sharjah, right?
Mehmet: And we go to, uh, you know, the areas where usually these SMEs, they have their offices or maybe their factories and so on. What would be the number one or two, let's say pain points that they might not be aware that they have today. So just to make sure that we are scratching this so we understand like more about these guys businesses and also we try you and me to enlighten like what are the pain points that might not themselves knows also [00:06:00] about.
Vikas: Yeah, I think, uh, the, uh, very rightly the, the first point, what you pointed was, you know, the word automation. So, uh, if you go in slightly interiors, then we feel, we, what I've observed is that people still feel, you know, that automation is something very big when, you know, they will allow to actually redo their whole, uh, business mechanics or the, the business, uh, structure.
Vikas: And they'll have to really, uh, change the way they do their business. But let me tell you, it is not about, it is not that. It is, uh, if, if you, the way the things, uh, we talk about automation is just moving from your manual, transactional based system to a, or a transactional based, uh, business operation to a, to a digital, uh, uh, operation.
Vikas: No. To give a small example, uh, there might be still some businesses who, who, who manage their books of records on, on, on all who they do the invoicing manually. Now, just to give a small example, if, if there is a buyer who comes and, uh, visits them [00:07:00] and, uh, they want some information to be very, very, he asked them something about some product, and you know, this guy, this gentleman, the business owner wants to understand that what was the last, uh, transaction I did or what is the stock in hand with me?
Vikas: He might, he might have to actually ask somebody or he might have to refer and, you know, take, take a lot of time to, uh, get these data, vis-a-vis to, uh, a scenario where he has all his records maintained in a system. And, you know, with the click of a button, he will understand, okay, what is the stock lying in hand with me?
Vikas: What are the last ion I did, or who was the last buyer? And he can instantly, you know, provide the information to the other other person. So automation will definitely help him. Overcome those challenges. This is what the first thing or what we, uh, wanted, um, what we found out. Uh, also with compliance coming into picture, we have seen that there are still some SMEs, as I mentioned, that are partially automated.
Vikas: You know, they still manage. Few things, uh, on a manual, [00:08:00] but, uh, manage compliance, uh, through a bit of automation because that's the of nar. But, uh, to gain complete benefit of the automation is when you know, you start. Doing your, uh, entry level, uh, transaction that is right from in when your, uh, invoicing to the, the, uh, last mile transaction.
Vikas: If you, if you digitize and if you, you know, automated, that's when you will get the complete benefit of the automation tools.
Mehmet: That's fantastic. And thank you for bringing also the. You know, auditing and regulations. This is, this is really, really important. And I think like sometimes it's also underrated.
Mehmet: Now let's jump to the topic that everyone is talking about nowadays. I'm excited about it, but again, because you know, you are in the heart of this because yourself, ai, and you know, the way AI is transforming, you know, the business in. Overall, I would say. But, uh, when it comes to, [00:09:00] you know, driving innovations in financial analytics, so where are you seeing the most impactful innovations happening, especially for SMEs?
Vikas: So I think, uh, AI, as we all know, is, is the buzzword which is happening all across. And, uh, as you again, rightly pointed out, it is not only gonna be, uh, limiting to a large multinationals or large corporate, it is gonna affect, uh, every individual, every business in a positive way. Let me put across that way, you know, uh, things, uh, which are, which, which are on a repeatedly as a repeatedly way, AI is gonna really make life easier for all of us.
Vikas: Uh, if you talk about SMEs, to give a small example, uh, where, you know, uh, that is a data which is available, uh, in a system for a business owner where he is keying all his information, uh, as far as his sales purchase or his. Debtors creators, payables, right? No. Uh, there, there, there are ai, there will be AI tools, and there [00:10:00] are AI tools which will integrate with your, uh, business management software, or even the business manage software will have an, uh, option itself where, you know, it'll generate reports and give it to you that, okay, these are, these are your fast moving items.
Vikas: These are, these are your slowing items or these are, uh, your cashflow projections look like this. Uh, the way things are moving or this, this. Particular, uh, vendor has been not paying you for paying or has been a very good pay master for you. So these AI tools will definitely start giving you, uh, information which will help you to make faster and wiser decisions for your business.
Vikas: Right? And, uh. Uh, not only limiting it to a particular segment or a particular, uh, sec, uh, you know, section of your business, it could, it, it'll range from, you know, what, what product you should keep more in stock. You know, you know, how, how does your, uh, uh, not so fast moving item look like? And hence, you should, can you, is it possible for you to put some, uh, offer to liquid the stocks very [00:11:00] faster?
Vikas: So it, it, that is how the, in the ai, the AI will actually use, uh, information about all your data. You know, uh, work data in a way such a way and provide you with insights which will really help you to take faster decisions. So that's how, uh, the AI is gonna be taking and, and ai there are today we are seeing that a lot of tools are available already in the market.
Vikas: There are a lot of businessmen, software like us are already implementing it in our software itself. And, uh, it's up to the business owner to start taking the advantage of all.
Mehmet: Right
Vikas: now the, sorry, sorry, sorry. To just give a small example with Tally know the software we have, uh, one simple dashboard, you know, which the moment the owner comes in and he opens his software, he can configure his dashboard the way he says, okay, today, what is my house bank balance looking like?
Vikas: What is the incoming, uh, I'm expecting? What are my, what, what was my sales yesterday? He can configure the way, you know, and the moment, every time he wants to refresh, it just refreshes. And the, the, the software captures all the information. [00:12:00] So those are just the stepping stone towards these, uh, AI enable, uh, technologies.
Mehmet: Absolutely. But sometimes, uh, we hear also because that, and by the way, it's not only for SMEs, but I believe like SMEs, they would, they would repeat it more like, Hey, like, uh, I'm not sure how I can start adopting ai. Uh. I heard from people that, you know, sometime there are a lot of challenges, right? Uh, so in your opinion, what might these challenges be and, uh, how do you think, you know, they can be overcome?
Vikas: So, uh, I think, uh, again, it, it, it all boils down to, uh, sometimes, uh, the lack of, uh, information or the lack of knowledge or, or with the, uh, concept that it'll be too. Operate, you know, for SMEs to operate because that is where we found out. You know, that a lot of times, uh, SMEs are slightly [00:13:00] skeptical about implementing something from a perspective that, you know, they might not be able to use it optimally.
Vikas: That is where, you know, softwares like us come into picture. If you see, uh, the, our tagline is power simplicity. The, the, the SMEs, the, the key challenge. What we found in SMEs is, uh, they want something which can be easily be implementable. Which they can use it. And it could be the more, one of the most costly, uh, effective, uh, tools for them to operate on, uh, software like, uh, us will definitely help them.
Vikas: And apart from that, they, they need to take small steps. You know, they need to start implementing, uh, small things. They need to identify that, what, what are the two or three things which they, what they're expecting out of it. Because it's a, it's a, AI is like an notion, you know, you could, you can do whatever, uh, you feel like doing.
Vikas: So rather than getting, you know, too excited by, uh, you know, what, what is, what will ai, how, how AI help me, uh, my advice or my 2 cents would be [00:14:00] first to identify two or three things which they would want to solve. You know, what are, what are the challenges they are, they feel they're facing in their business?
Vikas: And then explore that. How can AI or a business management tool. Help them to overcome those challenges. You know, some certain businesses, what we have found are facing challenges in cash flow. Certain businesses are facing challenging inventory. So if they're able to identify that these are two, three challenges which I need to solve, and how can AI help me, that would be the right way to approach things, rather than just taking AI as a overall and getting not too excited, uh, by the whole scenario.
Vikas: Then not taking step, a step at all that what we feel, you know, we get so overwhelmed by the terminology, everything, then we end up not doing anything about it.
Mehmet: Right. So it's about, again, finding, you know, what are the pain points the business is facing today, and then hook, you know, these AI tools, um, to solve these problems rather than just, [00:15:00] Hey, like, I just want ai, you know?
Mehmet: Yes, it's happening. It's happening a lot because, and by the way, like, uh, it's happening even with the big guys, uh, because, you know, probably someone on the board heard, uh. About this AI thing, and he comes and start to ask, you know, the technology, the CTO, maybe the CIO, Hey, what are we doing on the ai by the way, we should adopt ai.
Mehmet: And then, you know, like people, they say, okay, we, we will adapt ai, but first we need to understand, I. Like where this AI will will fit in the big picture and where it's taking us. Now I want, because you know, you touch a lot on the financial part of the house, which is great, and we mentioned the regulations couple of minutes ago, but I want to go back and highlight, you know, these things about, you know, the compliance and you know, the.
Mehmet: Risks of fraud, right? So these things we hear a lot from SMEs that they get shocked [00:16:00] sometimes. Oh, like we didn't know, uh, like we didn't, uh, think that this might be a fraud. Now I think this is a common problem, but what I want to understand you, because first, like, um, how it should be tackled and what are, like some of the examples you might give us, and again, how automation plus ai.
Mehmet: Would, would be able to, to reduce these risks, maybe completely remove these risks and make sure that, you know, the business is a hundred percent compliant.
Vikas: No, that's, that's absolutely a very, very valid point. You know, with compliance getting introduced in this part of the world. Uh, I think in 2018 when VT was introduced, um, as tally, we were first to provide them with.
Vikas: Compliance ready, uh, solution. But having said this, uh, let me make one statement that the, the cost of, uh, non-compliance is much more than the, you know, the cost of, uh, implementing something to be compliant, right? [00:17:00] Because what we, what we found in SMEs, uh, sometimes, uh, no, they take it lightly. Okay, it's okay for us.
Vikas: We know. Let's, let's do whatever is possible to do. So first of all, that mind mindset needs to change. You know, that, uh, in this part. We are, we are blessed to be in a, in a country where the compliance is very, very simple. You know, unlike other countries. So, uh, first mindset is that let's, let's, uh, ensure that we want to be compliant.
Vikas: Uh, second thing, uh, uh, what we found out is that, uh, you need to have a tool or, uh, support mechanism that, that could be your chartered accountant or you know, your auditor who can definitely help you with. Along with our tools like us, ours, right? A, a tool which will not only, uh, help you to, uh, be compliant in a way, not only generate reports, but, uh, your output is all based on the, what input you are giving.
Vikas: So, uh, to, to give an example, uh, with Tally, uh, when we, when we are given this WA solution, uh, we also brought in a [00:18:00] mechanism, which we call as a, we call it as a PDC, that is, uh, prevention, detection, and correction. What we mean by PDC. Uh, you could also may, uh, maybe link it to AI or automation, but, uh, all your compliance is based on what inputs are you giving.
Vikas: So, uh, let's say, uh, I am a business owner and I, I, I had to prepare one invoice and there's one, or there's my accountant who had to prepare invoice and, uh, wrongly, uh, he, uh, missed adding WA to it. So the system will give an alert to you that okay, uh, you know, it'll prevent you from doing that transaction, uh, that okay, you know, you missed something.
Vikas: But let's say, uh, having said this, there might be some exceptions and the business might, might want to go ahead. So it'll allow you to do that. So first, there should be a system which will prevent you from doing mistakes. Uh, for whatever reasons, uh, you know, uh, the business, business feels that don't know.
Vikas: I want to go ahead with this transaction. It'll then again, detect, so there will be one report which [00:19:00] will give that, okay, these are certain transactions where you, where the system feels that, or the tool feels that, you know, you would've missed something or you would've, uh, done some error, uh, managing your compliance.
Vikas: So it'll detect also. And then once it is detected, it'll, it'll also give an option for you to correct. So if, if there, if there's a system which allows you to, uh, handle your business exceptions also with the flexibility of giving this prevention detection correction. You know, the chances of you being compliant is very, very high.
Vikas: No AAL apart, along with the system, you will also have support from system like ours helps, you know, the businesses and their charter accountants who, or they are, or the CPAs or the auditors to verify those reports very, very easily. And you know, then certify that, okay, this is, uh, this is, this is what is required and this is a correct report for you to file your VAT return or further matter corporate tax and everything.
Vikas: So, uh, you, a business owner needs [00:20:00] to look into such aspects that, okay, uh, do I, do I have a system which is not, just not, uh, no. Does whatever it wants to do, but also gives me a step by step procedure that, okay, even if I, as I did a, a human error. The system identifies that error and it gives me option to correct it, and then those reports can also be verified by the, uh, auditors.
Vikas: So what I feel is, uh, and these are very, very simple systems to operate. Uh, it is like, you know, once you start getting used to it, even for your accountant or you as a owner, those systems will definitely help you to remain compliant and hence, uh, no shocking. Things coming from, uh, any weather. Okay.
Vikas: You're not compliant,
Mehmet: right?
Vikas: So, uh, I mean we, we've been able to, uh, as I told you, we've been able to service 65,000 ses here in this part of the volume bank, specifically in UA and, uh, we take PAD in saying that, okay. You know, we, we had them in their compliance only.
Mehmet: That's perfect. Now, one thing, which of course, no one has a crystal ball to [00:21:00] detect future, uh, because especially in this rapid, uh, moving technology.
Mehmet: I would say storm we are living within, because every day we have something new nowadays. But if I want to think about solutions like use about like tally, right? Because you mentioned a couple of times, you know, the CPA and the accountant and the people who would be filing. Like, can we predict maybe that your solution would become kind of this agent that does the work of, you know, people who usually SMEs rely on to make sure that they are, uh, you know, uh.
Mehmet: Filing their VAs, they are like, uh, in compliance, like just at, if not, like, what are, like the trends that you are currently seeing in this space, you know, which is the mix of AI and automation that might be shaping and about to [00:22:00] shape maybe also the future of how this whole finance is managed by the SMEs.
Vikas: No, that, that's absolutely wonderful question, I think, and, uh, point what, which you brought across. Uh, see, let me make it a point, uh, you know, uh, even, uh, when you're talking about four decades of Tali bi president and automation, uh, being there for quite some time now, uh, as, as tally, uh, or for that matter, any other, uh, tool right?
Vikas: Or a software. Uh, we, we are, we are providing the tools, which can, which can be used by business owner and the charter accountants or the accountants. Now the need of the are, it is, it is not gonna, uh, no tool is gonna replace anybody. I mean, uh, as far as, uh, we are able to see and as far as you're able to adapt to the tool.
Vikas: So, uh, when I make the statement as, as I told, you know, previously, software like us makes life of, uh, a business owner and the Chatter account is very easy. To give an example, uh, [00:23:00] previously the, the, the auditor or bookkeeper had to verify all the, all the manual entries. He has to, he has to spend hours and hours and days together to identify whether all the entries are correct from journal to this thing.
Vikas: And we know whether it is matching or anything. Tool, like a tool like Tally, uh, you know, provides them, uh, immediate easy solution. Like, so, you know, the business owner will just give the tally area to the charter accountant, and charter accountant will go through and just do, uh, random checking whether all the passed properly.
Vikas: Tally will also, as I told, you'll also give an report where this says, okay, this are some, this looks like some exceptional, uh, scenario. It becomes, makes life easier for account to just go and have a. Transactions and then, uh, guide the, uh, the business owner or the accountant to make the required changes.
Vikas: Also, you know, the tally will prepare an entire, uh, the WA report and the WA filing report. The cha, the, the, the charter account has to just go and verify whether it is a, everything is in line. So, uh, uh, ours softwares [00:24:00] like ours are a.
Vikas: Having said this, uh, it is also very important with new and new technologies coming in. As I told you, AI API, integrated tools, technologies, it is for all of us to adapt to it, you know, and see that how it'll help and make our lives easier. Uh, AI definitely is not gonna take over. Uh. Man intelligence or our natural intelligence, uh, it is the way we start using it, uh, to make our life faster and simpler is what we to adapt to.
Vikas: If we are, if we are not adapting to it, and if we're not able to, uh, change the way it'll help us, it, then that is where we might, we might end up facing some challenge. Right. But, uh, currently what, what we are seeing is that people, when computers came in, people felt, no, nothing. Everything's gonna stop.
Vikas: It's not the way, you know, they'll become helping end to helping tool to us. And so is gonna be the, [00:25:00] the softwares and the AI technologies. So it is only gonna make life easier for us if we're able to adapt to it very faster.
Mehmet: Absolutely. And you know, maybe it was repeated many times and we hear it now.
Mehmet: It's like a cliche, but it's true. Like it's not the AI that will replace, uh, the job. It's like someone who knows how to use ai. Absolutely, absolutely. Yeah. Right. So it's, it's, it's not my words, but anyway, like it, like it was repeated here on, on the podcast multiple times and I see it also, like many thought leaders, they say it now.
Mehmet: One, one point we still didn't touch on. Which I think here in the US specifically, we were like kind of pioneers and thanks for the government support on this, which is remote work, right? So, uh, we've seen people especially. Post pandemic during pandemic and post pandemic, you know, moving to this flexible work arrangements and, uh, work from home and so on.
Mehmet: So, how this [00:26:00] affected, uh, you know, the financial management landscape, especially for small, medium enterprises.
Vikas: I think when, when, when the shift came into, uh, the, the remote work and, you know, when everybody started getting adapting to it, there are very initial, some slight challenges, uh, with the SES space, uh, primarily coming from, uh, you know, cyber attacks, A few cyber because there maybe the system they were not ready to, uh, manage that.
Vikas: But things are changing now very fast and, uh, I think most of the SMEs now, uh. Have got things in place where they, they are able to, you know, prevent this cyber attacks and cyber problems. And, and as you very rightly said, the, the government is also, and, uh, all of us as industry experts are also doing all our part to continuously educate the, uh, the SMEs about, you know, what things they should take care about.
Vikas: Uh, softwares and, uh, application like us have also moved to cloud-based solutions and API integrated solutions where, you know, [00:27:00] sitting at the house, sitting in the office, you know, they can access their data or, and, uh, work from which place they want to. Uh, work and those things are also changing their behavior patterns.
Vikas: It's also helping them to improve the efficiency. I mean, uh, to talk for us and, uh, to talk for businesses. Uh, we are, we are also seeing a lot of businesses are wanting to connect virtually, remotely. And, uh, you know, even for, uh, for us when we had to, when we are going and, uh, businesses when, and wanting to show.
Vikas: There are a lot of businesses who are preferring to have it virtually. So it, it shows a lot of time efficiency for once travel, you know, and, uh, the, the outcome is almost the same. Uh, what we are expecting, cloud-based solutions, definitely, as I told you, I know accessing and data from anywhere, anytime, uh, with the, with the benefit of, uh, having the most secure connection.
Vikas: So, uh. We have tele [00:28:00] Prime Cloud access, which we are powered with, uh, AWS. You know, the two world leaders have come together providing the best solution for to SMEs, uh, in terms of, uh, the business management tool coming from us and the, and the cloud. Uh. Technology coming from AWS with the, with the assure of security and privacy, which is, which are the key challenges or with the, with the key concerns, which, uh, SMEs are looking at, and that's the conference, what they want.
Vikas: So it's definite changing landscape. Uh, SMEs are getting more and more geared. Uh, we had a couple of SMEs who are not wanting to. Uh, so that we have a mix of both that SMAs who would say, okay, I would want to have on premise and I would want to access it whenever I want to have. So technological hours, provide them both the option so you can have it on premise at your, at your office, and you with the flexibility of accessing it anywhere, anytime, whenever they, they want to access it with the, with the surety of it being the most secure and the.
Vikas: Uh, private cloud, which is [00:29:00] possible because that's one of the key things, what SMS look at then how secure is my data and how private is my data? Does anyone else have access to it? So we give them that surety.
Mehmet: Absolutely. And this is, you know, required not only for convenience, as you said, because it's also for the security of, of the data.
Mehmet: And um, because again, back to the point of the fraud also as well, because like you don't want, uh, people to. Access your data, steal it, and then misuse it somehow, and then all of a sudden you start to see like weird stuff in your books and you're not sure like who access this, when, when, and so on. So yeah, definitely.
Mehmet: Um, on, on the remote work, I think, you know, the cloud and, you know, even on-prem plus kind of a flexibility to access it remotely is what we have seen a lot of, uh. Not only SMEs actually, like even the big guys organizations have done, but the flexibility and the security, um, [00:30:00] that solutions, like what does, I think, you know, it, it made the lives easy, brings the key, uh, the peace of mind to business owners, um, as we are wrapping up because like maybe final.
Mehmet: Advice maybe to business owners, especially in the SME space when it comes to managing their, uh, finances and adopting technology. If you want to share something, uh, with the audience and of course, where people can get in touch.
Vikas: Yeah. So I know, so first of all, I wanted to, uh, no, we are, we are, we are in a blessed land where, you know, the, the government and the entire, uh, ecosystem is there too.
Vikas: Talking about SMEs helping the sma, and we see a lot of initiatives coming from, uh, right from the top where, you know, they want to promote the startup, they wanna promote the SMEs. So that's, that's a very good thing, which is, which is happening in this part of the world. You know, support being provided from all the angles.
Vikas: Uh, I see a lot of, a lot of, uh, financial, [00:31:00] uh, institutions and banks coming forward to help the SMEs, you know. And a company like us help them to provide the right data so that know their, their financing options are taking, taken very fast and easy. My only, uh, thing is, uh, for the SME owners to feel that, as I, uh, mentioned in the beginning as well, is that don't, it's a very, very easy step to, uh, begin with, you know, uh, if you want to get complete benefit of the.
Vikas: The automation tool start, uh, don't only limit your automation to one aspect of a business because we feel that it it, if somebody has done only invoicing, then the entire, but, but the balance is all manual. Some bridge and compliance automation. But the balance, please don't do that. You know, uh, uh, a tool like ours will, which is a complete business manage software or a solution, right from your invoicing to your compliance journey to give you insightful reports and everything, take use of it.
Vikas: And, uh, you could visit our website@wwdallysolutions.com or give us a call [00:32:00] on, uh, our TOLLFREE number, which is 800 dally. That is 808 to 5 5 9. And, uh, we can, we will definitely come and help you and, uh, know, uh, in entire your, uh, transformation journey, digital transformation journey or compliance journey, and we are there to help you.
Vikas: Way possible to do. So, uh, take this step. I think that my only word would be that, let's take this step. It is, uh, better late than ever.
Mehmet: Absolutely. And uh, again, because thank you very much for sharing the insights, you know, the challenges and the solutions that, uh, SMEs and startups, to your point. Of course. So when we say SMEs, of course we include startups in that and we know like it's been a, uh, very flourishing, uh, times for startups to be in the region and even like.
Mehmet: Any type of startups, whether you are in tech, whether you are in any other domain. And, [00:33:00] uh, yeah, again, to, to your point like of having a complete solution rather than getting things and trying to put it into a puzzle, which makes the life a little bit, uh, difficult. So I. So this is the approach, simplicity, and I, again, I want to thank you VCA for all the insights you gave and for the audience, like you will find all the, you know, information, the links that VCA mentioned now, and the, uh, ways to contact on, on the show notes if you're listening on your favorite podcasting application.
